We do not collect payment information directly — payments are handled by third-party processors and governed by their respective privacy policies.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Information submitted through our application forms is used solely to:

• ◆Review your application and assess whether you're a good fit for a coaching program
• ◆Reach out to you via Discord to discuss next steps
• ◆Personalise your coaching sessions based on your goals and current level
• ◆Maintain a basic record of who has applied or enrolled in a program

We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, spam, or any purpose unrelated to your coaching engagement.

3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Form submissions are routed through a Discord webhook and stored within a private Discord server accessible only to Charla7an. We do not operate a database or server-side storage for this information.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. By submitting your information, you acknowledge and accept this inherent limitation.

We retain your application data only for as long as reasonably necessary to conduct coaching services. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Discord

Application form data is transmitted to Discord via webhook. Discord is a third-party platform with its own privacy policy available at discord.com/privacy. By submitting an application form, you consent to this data being received and stored within Discord.

We do not integrate with any analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party beyond Discord as described above.

5. COOKIES

This website uses only essential cookies necessary for basic site functionality (such as remembering your preferences or maintaining session state). We do not currently use analytics cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.
