TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Charla7an offers the following services, subject to availability and approval:

• ◆One-on-one Valorant coaching sessions (Core, Elite, and Ultimate programs)
• ◆VOD reviews and replay analysis
• ◆Live VOD Reviews conducted in real-time
• ◆The Ranked Playbook (RCP) — a structured educational resource for climbing
• ◆Discord community access and ongoing support

All services are personal coaching engagements. Enrollment is subject to an application process and acceptance at Charla7an's sole discretion.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing

All prices are listed and charged in EUR (Euros). Prices are subject to change; the rate confirmed at time of enrollment will apply to your current program.

Split Payments

Elite and Ultimate program fees may be paid in installments as agreed during the enrollment process. Installment schedules are confirmed before coaching begins. Failure to complete agreed installment payments may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.

Refund Policy

3. NO-SHOW POLICY

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, that session will be marked as completed and the time will be considered used. In recognition of the inconvenience caused, Charla7an may, at their discretion, offer a partial or shortened make-up session in a future slot to compensate for lost time. This is not guaranteed and is provided as a goodwill gesture only.

Repeated no-shows may result in termination of the coaching program without refund.

4. RESCHEDULING

Sessions may be rescheduled provided at least 3 days' (72 hours') advance notice is given. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the session may be declined and the session may be forfeited at Charla7an's discretion.

Once a session has been rescheduled once, you are expected to commit to the new date and time. A second rescheduling of the same session may not be accommodated and the session may be marked as completed.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All coaching materials, frameworks, documents, and content produced by Charla7an — including but not limited to the Ranked Playbook (RCP) Vault — are the intellectual property of Charla7an.

Materials provided to you are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share publicly, or use any coaching content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Charla7an.

Coaching sessions may be recorded for review purposes only. Recordings may not be shared, uploaded, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. DISCLAIMER

Coaching services are designed to help you develop your Valorant skills, game sense, and decision-making. While many students have achieved significant rank improvements — including reaching Immortal and Radiant — Charla7an cannot and does not guarantee specific rank outcomes or results.

Individual progress depends on factors including, but not limited to, your current skill level, practice consistency, mental approach, hardware, and in-game variance. Results will vary.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Charla7an shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to achieve specific gameplay outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
